Do you remember your dreams?
How come some people remember
dreams and others don’t? I’ve been telling a few people about this website, and
some responses I’ve been getting from people are that they don’t remember their
dreams, so they’d have nothing to submit. Up until recently, some of the people
I had told about the site, just told me that all of a sudden they are now
dreaming and they are even remembering their dreams. How awesome is that? I’m
hoping to awaken a few people’s minds as they drift off to bed and start
dreaming. Dreams are like movies, so why not go to sleep and watch a free movie
every night? I must admit, sometimes I see way too many “movies” and it really
disrupts my peaceful night of sleep. Other times my dreams are all over the
place and I wake up thinking, wow, how do I even explain what I dreamt last
nite? Too confusing!!
I read an article on “wikihow.com” on how to remember dreams. (http://www.wikihow.com/Remember-Dreams). The first step is to “make a conscious decision to remember your dreams.” Now, it’s possible that my friends were telling themselves to remember their dreams after I told them about the site, and that’s a good thing! I’m glad my site has caused them to dream, and to wake up remembering their dreams. It gives them something to write about on the site, and I’m very excited about that. So if you’re one of those people who don’t ever dream, or if you don’t remember your dreams, make that decision before you sleep to remember your dream and hopefully you will wake up with an amazing story to tell.
